★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buono il servizio.. personale preparato e disponibile..prezzo giusto...ma secondo me non va bene pagare anticipatamente..cioè prima di ricevere l'elettrodomestico a casa o andarlo a ritirare in negozio.. specialmente quando c'è da aspettare parecchi giorni
 Good service .. trained and helpful staff .. fair price ... but in my opinion it is not good to pay in advance .. that is, before receiving the appliance at home or going to pick it up in the store .. especially when there is a wait several days

Dopo una settimana dall'acquisto, mia moglie, si è accorta che la funzione Nfc non era disponibile. Una tecnologia importante per tutte le transazioni elettroniche, comunque presente in tutti i cellulari di ultima generazione. Abbiamo segnalato al punto vendita questa mancanza ricevendo come risposta un generico "mi dispiace". Siamo ben lontani da quello che secondo una strategia di marketing è la soddisfazione del cliente per fidelizzarlo. Servizio offerto insufficiente,, poi si lamentano che Amazon ruba loro
