Le stanze vetuste ammobiliate in modo modesto sono decisamente sottotono. Le finestre chiudono malissimo facendo passare ad ogni ora del giorno e della notte, freddo, spifferi e rumori dell'asfissiante strada statale antistante fortemente trafficata sulla quale si affacciano i balconi.
