Un giardino che è un angolo di paradiso, dove i bambini possono giocare liberamente e gli adulti rilassarsi. Vista sull'imponente Sassolungo e su bellissimi prati. Andreas, il proprietario, di una gentilezza e disponibilità mai trovati. Esperienza che ripeterei e che consiglio. Bright, clean and well furnished apartment. 3 bedrooms each more beautiful than the other and 3 modern and functional bathrooms, with large showers. A garden that is a corner of paradise, where children can play freely and adults relax. View on the imposing Sassolungo and on beautiful meadows. Andreas, the owner, of a kindness and availability never found. Experience that I would repeat and recommend.
J	Jörg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr gepflegtes, großes Apartment mit 3 individuell eingerichteten großen Zimmern jeweils mit sehr schönen Bädern mit Duschen. Die ganze Wohnung ist vom Hausherren sehr liebevoll mit Schreinerarbeiten ausgestattet und wird von diesem sehr sauber gehalten. Top Lage unterhalb des Langkofels, nicht direkt in der Ortsmitte, daher ruhig aber trotzdem zentral, der Ortsbus fährt kostenlos zu vielen Wanderausgangspunkten und Seilbahnstationen in St. Christina und Wolkenstein direkt vor der Haustür ab. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Very well-kept, large apartment with 3 individually furnished large rooms, each with very nice bathrooms with showers. The whole apartment is lovingly furnished with carpentry by the landlord and is kept very clean by him. Top location below the Sassolungo, not directly in the center of the village, therefore quiet but still central, the local bus runs free of charge to many hiking starting points and cable car stations in St. Christina and Selva from the front door. We would love to come back.
A	Andreas V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren im Winter mit 6 Personen im Apartement Alpenrose. Der Empfang und der gesamte Aufenthalt bis zur Abreise verliefen vollkommen angenehm und problemlos. Andreas, der Vermieter, kümmert sich um alle Belange und organisiert auf Wunsch einen morgendlichen Brötchenservice. TOP. Die Schlafzimmer der Wohnung waren jeweils neu eingerichtet. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes und dazu auch noch modernes Badezimmer, was nicht jede Ferienwohnung für sich in Anspruch nehmen kann. 2 der Zimmer verfügen über je ein Doppelbett, das 3. Zimmer über ein Doppel- und ein Einzelbett. Die Küchenzeile ist zwar optisch nicht mehr die jüngste, was die Funktionalität und den Urlaub aber nicht im geringsten beeinträchtigt hat: Alle Geräte und das Kochzubehör waren vorhanden und funktionierten, also überhaupt kein Problem. Die Lage der Wohnung ist für Skifahrer hervorragend. Bei ausreichenden Schneeverhältnissen, die wir erfreulicherweise hatten, ist von der roten Saslong Piste B eine Abfahrt bis vor die Haustür möglich. Der Einstieg in die rote Saslong ist vom Haus mit Skischuhen in ca. 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen. Alternativ hierzu befindet sich auch die Skibushaltestelle in der direkten Nachbarschaft. Skiraum und Skischuhwärmer waren (selbstverständlich) vorhanden. Da das Apartement etwas außerhalb von Wolkenstein liegt, ist es angenehm ruhig. Bei Bedarf finden sich fußläufig Restaurants in der Nachbarschaft. Kurzum: Ein wunderbarer Urlaub mit einem sehr freundlichen Vermieter. Wir kommen gerne wieder! We were in winter with 6 people in the apartment Alpenrose. The reception and the entire stay until departure were completely pleasant and easy. Andreas, the landlord, takes care of all matters and organizes a morning bread service on request. TOP. The bedrooms of the apartment were each newly furnished. Each room has its own and also modern bathroom, which not every holiday apartment can claim. Two of the rooms have a double bed, the third room has a double and a single bed. The kitchen unit is no longer the youngest in terms of appearance, but this did not in the least affect the functionality and the holiday: all the appliances and cooking accessories were available and working, so no problem at all. The location of the apartment is excellent for skiers. With sufficient snow conditions, which we were fortunate to have, it is possible to descend from the red Saslong slope B to the front door. The entrance to the red Saslong can be reached from the house with ski boots in about 5-10 minutes. Alternatively, the ski bus stop is in the immediate vicinity. Ski room and ski boot warmer were (of course) available. Since the apartment is a bit outside of Selva, it is pleasantly quiet. If necessary, there are restaurants in the neighborhood within walking distance. In short: a wonderful vacation with a very friendly landlord. We would love to come back!
E	Elisabetta Scala on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un angolo di Paradiso in cui amiamo passare per le ferie estive ogni anno, noi, i nostri figli, gli amici dei figli e rispettivi fidanzati/fidanzate. La spaziosa, moderna, accogliente e sempre perfettamente pulita casa si riempie sempre. Amo di questo luogo la raddoppiata visione del Sassolungo che si specchia nell'enorme e originale vetrata della casa; ma amo anche l'accoglienza del padrone di casa Andreas e dei suoi familiari, semplice, disponibile, senza sovrastrutture e che ti fa sentire a casa. Elisabetta Gavasci A corner of Paradise where we love to spend the summer holidays every year, we, our children, the children's friends and their respective boyfriends / girlfriends. The spacious, modern, welcoming and always spotlessly clean house always fills up. I love this place for the doubled view of the Sassolungo which is reflected in the huge and original window of the house; but I also love the welcome of the landlord Andreas and his family, simple, helpful, without superstructures and who makes you feel at home. L	Leonardo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo soggiornato in tre adulti e 4 bambine per una settimana a luglio. Appartamento grande con tre camere da letto, ciascuna con un proprio bagno. Si trova fuori dal caos di Selva e della strada di fondovalle, in località La Selva a circa 15 minuti a piedi dal centro. La location è spettacolare, con vista meravigliosa sul Sassolungo, immerso nel silenzio e lontano dal traffico senza però essere isolato. La casa è circondata da un curato e ampio giardino con altalena, trampolino elastico e sabbiera per i bambini. Gentilissimo il padrone di casa Andreas, sempre a disposizione per consigliare bellissime escursioni nei dintorni. We stayed in three adults and 4 girls for a week in July. Large apartment with three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. It is located outside the chaos of Selva and the valley road, in La Selva, about 15 minutes on foot from the center. The location is spectacular, with a wonderful view of the Sassolungo, immersed in silence and away from traffic without being isolated. The house is surrounded by a well-kept and large garden with a swing, an elastic trampoline and a sandpit for children. Dear host Andreas, always available to recommend beautiful excursions in the surrounding area.
T	Thomas Harbring on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren schon mehrfach bei Andreas und seiner Familie in Wolkenstein. Der Urlaub fängt direkt in dem Moment an, sobald man in der Alpenrose ankommt. Drei geräumige und gemütliche Zimmer, jeweils mit eigenem modern ausgestattetem Bad, 2 der 3 Zimmer mit direktem Blick auf die wunderschöne Bergwelt... Die tolle Landschaft in der direkten Umgebung lädt zum Wandern und Genießen ein. Und wenn man sich tatsächlich über zuhause informieren möchte, es gibt auch WLAN :) Volle Punktzahl für die Alprenrose!! We have been to Andreas and his family in Selva several times. The holiday begins as soon as you arrive at the Alpenrose. Three spacious and cozy rooms, each with its own modern bathroom, 2 of the 3 rooms with a direct view of the beautiful mountains ... The great landscape in the immediate vicinity invites you to hike and enjoy. And if you actually want to find out about home, there is also WiFi :) Full marks for Alprenrose !!
C	Chris Horen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Ferienwohnung Alpenrose ist sehr empfehlenswert. Hervorzuheben ist die Ausstattung mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern. Abends kann man schön in der Küche kochen und in gemütlicher Runde zusammen sitzen. Der Einstieg in Skigebiet ist nach wenigen Minuten zu Fuß oder per Skibus möglich. Abends kann man direkt bis vor die Eingangstür abfahren. The Alpenrose apartment is highly recommended. The equipment with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms should be emphasized. In the evening you can cook in the kitchen and sit together in cozy company. Access to the ski area is possible after a few minutes on foot or by ski bus. In the evening you can drive right to the front door.
E	Elke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen in der Alpenrose und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Andreas, unser Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Alpenrose liegt ruhig, aber doch nicht zu weit vom Ortszentrum Wolkenstein entfernt. Bei ausreichender Schneelage kann das Auto stehenbleiben, denn in gut 5 Minuten gelangt man morgens zu Fuß an die Abfahrt Saslong B. Abends kann man fast bis vor die Haustüre mit den Skiern abfahren. Alle 3 Doppelzimmer haben jeweils neu renovierte Bäder. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und bietet für die Abendstunden einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, denn für 6 Personen ist die Wohnung wirklich ideal. We were with 6 adults in the Alpenrose and felt completely comfortable. Andreas, our landlord was very friendly and helpful. The Alpenrose is quiet, but not too far from the center of Selva. If there is enough snow, the car can stop, because in 5 minutes you can get to the Saslong B exit in the morning on foot. In the evening you can ski almost to the front door. All 3 double rooms each have newly renovated bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped and offers a cozy stay in the evenings. We would love to come back because the apartment is really ideal for 6 people.
