Incastonata in uno dei lati della piazza principale appare subito alla vista appena ci si affaccia dal vicolo che porta al Borgo. È un piccolo gioiello con il suo campanile e all'interno ti accoglie con due piccole statue raffiguranti animali. Church located in the village of Caserta Vecchia. L'interno, disadorno, è arricchito da un pulpito con sculture e tarsie musive. Il transetto è sormontato da un tamburo esternamente da elementi arabeggianti. La torre campanaria presenta un arco alla base, che permette il passaggio delle auto all'interno del borgo. La facciata è impreziosita da elementi scultorei coevi.
