★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamata anche la chiesa madre, o chiesa matrice, é dedicata alla Madonna Annunziata, fu costruita alla fine del 1600 su una chiesa preesistente. Il prospetto é in pietra leccese con capitelli corinzi, il portale barocco, sul finestrone lo stemma della cittadina raffigurante una testa di moro.
L'interno, a tre navate con tanti dipinti.
Also called the mother church, or mother church, it is dedicated to the Madonna Annunziata, it was built at the end of 1600 on a pre-existing church. The façade is in Lecce stone with Corinthian capitals, the baroque portal, on the large window the coat of arms of the town depicting a Moor's head.
The interior, with three naves with many paintings.
