★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención, divinas las señoras o señoritas que atienden!! Te tratan como reina, te sugieren como y con que usar la ropa, hablan un poco de español y te muestran lo que puede quedarte. Los precios bastante accesibles, cosas realmente lindas y a la moda.
Excellent attention, divine ladies or ladies who attend !! They treat you like a queen, they suggest you how and with what to wear the clothes, they speak a little Spanish and show you what you can keep. The prices are quite affordable, really nice and fashionable things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorrei dare mezza stella, ma purtroppo quest'opzione non c'è. Gli indumenti esposti sono da vecchia e ricordano le tende che mia nonna ha appeso per casa ma, il punto peggiore, è senza dubbio il personale. Commesse sgarbate, acide come una vagonata di yogurt scaduto e invadenti come i paesani di Pizzo Calabro, capaci solo di fare scappare via i clienti a gambe levate, causando loro disagio e imbarazzo. Non entrerò mai più in questo pessimo negozio.
I would like to give half a star, but unfortunately this option is not there. The clothes on display are old and reminiscent of the curtains that my grandmother hung around the house, but the worst point is undoubtedly the staff. Rude orders, acid like a load of expired yogurt and intrusive like the townspeople of Pizzo Calabro, able only to make customers run away with their legs up, causing them discomfort and embarrassment. I will never go into this bad shop again.

Finalmente dopo un paio di telefonate ho ritrovato la Sig.ra Patrizia che da grande professionista quale è mi consiglia senza essere invadente e assillante ( a differenza di tante altre). Provare abiti e acquistare capi giusti con lei è un piacere. Anche questa volta ha soddisfatto le mie richieste e tornerò sicuramente a trovarla anche se in un punto vendita diverso dal solito. Every time I come to Rome "a stroll" from Chopin is a must. Finally, after a couple of phone calls, I found Mrs. Patrizia who, as a great professional as she is, advises me without being intrusive and nagging (unlike many others). Trying on clothes and buying the right clothes with her is a pleasure. Once again she satisfied my requests and I will definitely come back to visit her even if in a different store than usual.
