★ ★ ★ ★ ★ piccola cappella restaurata nel 2014, si narra fu costruita dall'arcivescovo Sebastiano (823-827 ma, l'aspetto attuale è riconducibile a restauri moderni, XV XVI SEC, fu patronato della famiglia Gizzinosi che poi la donò al nipote Ramirez. Sulla semplice facciata è presente lo stemma Gizzinosi Ramirez.
Nel 1860 la cappella passò per eredità ai Volpicella di Molfetta come accertato da una sepoltura, che ne tennero il jus patronato fino al 1910. Nella chiesa sono conservate le statue di Santa Lucia e san Sebastiano, icone moderne .
