Frequentata anche da molti turisti che molto numerosi alloggiano o passano nelle vicinanze x prendere la funivia Argegno Pigra. Parish church of Argegno with beautiful frescoes inside. Этот маленький городок такой красивый, такой маленький и уютный на берегу озера Комо. Очень красивые виды на горы и озеро. Проехать мимо этого городка очень сложно,так как постоянно хочется останавливаться и любоваться видамм. For some reason, I can't leave a review about the city itself, so I am writing here. Fu edificata in stile neo-romanico, in sostituzione della vecchia chiesa situata nel centro del paese, nei primi del XIX secolo e consacrata nel 1927. Sulla facciata, ai lati del portale, si trovano dei mosaici raffiguranti i quattro Evangelisti con Sant'Abbondio e Sant'Anna. Nell'interno, ad unica navata, degne di rilievo sono le due acquasantiere in granito che reggono il palco e l'organo, e sulla sinistra, un dipinto rappresentante "La Natività" proveniente dall'antica chiesa. La Parrocchia venne edificata nei primi anni del XX secolo e nel 1927 il Vescovo di Como, Adolfo Luigi Pagani la consacrò. La nuova chiesa venne eretta per sostituire l'antica parrocchia costruita nel XVI secolo e posizionata nel centro di Argegno. Il nuovo edificio, progettato dall'ingegnere Cesare Nava, è costruito in stile neo romanico, con pianta a navata unica, sulla facciata spicca uno splendido rosone in vetro raffigurante alcuni Santi. Al di sotto del rosone e ai fianchi del portale, possiamo ammirare dei mosaici raffiguranti i quattro Evangelisti insieme a Sant'Abbondio e Sant'Anna, opere donate dalla famiglia Giussani alla parrocchia di Argegno. All'interno, sulla parete di sinistra è posizionato uno splendido dipinto del XVII secolo, raffigurante la Natività, proveniente dalla vecchia chiesa. Ai lati dell'altare maggiore si trovano la statua della Beata Vergine e di San Giuseppe. Di ottima fattura le due acquasantiere in granito che reggono il palco e l'antico organo. Nella Chiesa della SS.Trinità è custodita una scultura di Gesù Bambino del XIX secolo. Il giorno di capodanno, durante la manifestazione del "Presepe vivente" detta anche "dei Capell", la statua viene portata in processione per i vicoli di Argegno. Il Presepe vivente di Argegno è conosciuto in tutto il mondo, coinvolge l'intero paese e le vicine frazioni, un appuntamento imperdibile che si ripete da quattro secoli. On New Year's Day, during the manifestation of the "Living Nativity" also called "dei Capell", the statue is carried in procession through the alleys of Argegno. The Living Nativity of Argegno is known all over the world, it involves the whole town and the nearby hamlets, an unmissable event that has been repeated for four centuries.
