★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel moderno bassorilievo posto al centro della facciata la chiesa è definita "vetusta": in effetti l'edificio risale alla fine del 1400 quando probabilmente sostituì una chiesa ancora più antica ma non idonea ad essere promossa parrocchiale. Il distacco dalla matrice Andorno avvenne nel 1533.
Di quell'epoca è l'affresco tardo-gotico che raffigura la Madonna tra gli angeli attribuito alla bottega dei De Bosis. Insieme al seicentesco pulpito in legno è il vanto artistico della chiesa, riportato anche sui cartelli stradali.
Purtroppo è aperta solo in occasione delle rare funzioni religiose.
In the modern bas-relief placed in the center of the façade, the church is defined as "antiquated": in fact the building dates back to the end of the 1400s when it probably replaced an even older church but not suitable to be promoted to a parish. The detachment from the Andorno matrix took place in 1533.
From that period is the late Gothic fresco depicting the Madonna among the angels attributed to the De Bosis workshop. Together with the seventeenth-century wooden pulpit it is the artistic pride of the church, also shown on road signs.
Unfortunately it is only open on the occasion of the rare religious services.
