È a pianta rettangolare, mono aula, tardo barocca, con decorazioni tendenti al gotico, come la macchina posta sopra all'altare che in una finestra ad arco a tutto sesto, contiene la Madonna il Bambino e San Giuseppe.L"immagine della Sacra famiglia, secondo un racconto popolare fu trovata nella stamza in cui si conservavano nel XVIII secolo i campioni dei pesi e delle misure di qui la definizione della Madonna del campione. Secondo la tradizione popolare, nella prima metà del 700, la Madonna di dice che abbia pianto e si gridò al miracolo e così venne costruito il piccolo santuario
