Ha una chiesetta originale a tergo suggestiva: presumo sia la chiesa originaria, prima della costruzione di quella più grande. Modern single-nave church. The facade is on the gulf of Salerno. DescrizioneLa chiesa presenta una caratteristica pianta ad imbuto con pareti che si restringono in corrispondenza dell'abside, ad unica navata, con nicchie sul lato sinistro. La struttura principale è in cemento armato; i soffitti sono voltati. Internamente le pareti sono intonacate e tinteggiate in diverse tonalità di ocra e giallo. La facciata principale è disegnata da una grande arcata culminante a punta in una croce. Non è molto grande però abbastanza ariosa, con un'unica navata , sui lati ha delle vetrate colorate che scompongono la luce del sole creando un simpatico effetto. L'entrata è molto bella perchè si affaccia su una lunga scalinata che dà sul bellissimo lungomare Tafuri di Salerno. Ingressi contingentati per rispetto norme anticovid. ??❤ A church, built in the 60s, a little particular because it has no style, it is neither beautiful nor ugly. Nessun parcheggio dedicato; si deve parcheggiare lungo la strada se si trova il posto (non è banale) ma ci sono piccoli parcheggi nei paraggi. Artisticamente brutta non per niente non ha stile, diciamo stile 1900. Belle le vetrate che scompongono la luce del sole in molti colori e danno un bell'effetto tra i banchi. Ariosa sufficientemente ma non grandissima. Doppio ingresso, si entra dalla parte fronte-mare e anche dalla parte dell'altare. Volevo dare 3 stelle ma tutto sommato ne dò 2. Sarò un mecenate non so... I listened to a Mass on a weekday. Very beautiful.
