★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La chiesa di S. Andrea Apostolo, inglobata nel convento di S. Antonio, fu edificata dai Padri Minori Conventuali nel 1420 e in origine era dedicata a S. Francesco. Della prima chiesa parrocchiale non rimane segno alcuno, in quanto fu completamente distrutta dal terremoto del 1694. Il convento e la chiesa furono ricostruiti con il nuovo titolo di S. Antonio, in seguito alla grande devozione popolare verso il Taumaturgo di Padova. Le leggi eversive del 1809 aprono nuove prospettive per la chiesa di S. Antonio. Alla soppressione del convento e l'uscita dei frati, la chiesa "ad oggetto di tenerla aperta per lo culto di Dio, e per lo bene spirituale di questa popolazione", dal vescovo Ferrone viene affidata a tre canonici del capitolo. Soltanto nel 1861, con la definitiva soppressione dei conventi, la parrocchia di S. Andrea ha sede nella chiesa di S. Antonio, già di S. Francesco.
The church of S. Andrea Apostolo, incorporated in the convent of S. Antonio, was built by the Conventual Minor Fathers in 1420 and was originally dedicated to S. Francesco. No sign of the first parish church remains, as it was completely destroyed by the earthquake of 1694. The convent and the church were rebuilt with the new title of S. Antonio, following the great popular devotion to the thaumaturge of Padua. The subversive laws of 1809 open new perspectives for the church of S. Antonio. Upon the suppression of the convent and the exit of the friars, the church "intended to keep it open for the worship of God, and for the spiritual good of this population", by Bishop Ferrone was entrusted to three canons of the chapter. Only in 1861, with the definitive suppression of the convents, the parish of S. Andrea has its seat in the church of S. Antonio, formerly of S. Francesco.
