La troviamo sulla destra, con il suo campanile a torre medioevale, con la cella campanaria riadattata, il frontone cinquecentesco, situato su via Giordano Bruno, dove un tempo vi era l'entrata principale, oggi tenuta quasi sempre chiusa, e l'entrata laterale sul corso di via XX Settembre, quella più utilizzata, e un abside. Su via Giordano Bruno sorge anche l'ex convento agostiniano, edificato tra il 1580 e l'inizio del '600. La chiesa è documentata fin dal 1203 e fino al 1555 era la Pieve di Santa Maria Assunta, poi divenuta Chiesa di Sant'Agostino, dove fino al 1771 era conservato il Volto Santo, poi trasferito nella cattedrale di San Giovanni Evangelista, il Duomo. La chiesa subì un importante restauro tra il 1771 e il 1785 per opera di Vincenzo Righi di Camerino, facendole assumere l'attuale aspetto tardo barocco. Presso l'altare è conservata una cassa lignea risalente al XVII secolo contenente il corpo del Beato Angelo da Sansepolcro, il presbiteriano Angelo Scarpetti, morto nel 1306 e venerato fin dal 1921.
