★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiesa del santo patrono di Roccanova. Non sarà la Cappella Sistina, ma ha tantissimo valore per il paese.
Dà anche il nome all’omonimo corso. Pare che a dare inizio alla costruzione, alla fine del 1700, fu un Comitato cittadino formato dalle persone più facoltose con in testa il sindaco. All’interno della cappella, oltre alla Statua del Protettore San Rocco, si trovano anche altre statue tra cui quella lignea di San Nilo e la scultura di ignoto intagliatore lucano, raffigurante una “Madonna col Bambino in trono, detta Madonna dell’Acqua” risalente al tardo XIV secolo e rinvenuta in contrada “Cardia”. Tale scultura è stata di recente restaurata a cura della Soprintendenza ai Beni storici e artistici della Basilicata

Inside the chapel, in addition to the Statue of the Protector San Rocco, there are also other statues including the wooden one of San Nilo and the sculpture by an unknown Lucanian carver, depicting a "Madonna and Child Enthroned, called Madonna dell'Acqua" dating back in the late 14th century and found in the “Cardia” district.
