★ ★ ★ ★ ★ graziosa Chiesa settecentesca con facciata barocca, cupola ottagonale e campaniletto. Non è tenuta al meglio, però, purtroppo. A Napoli ci sono decine, forse centinaia di Chiese sconsacrate tenute male e usate male, ma a Parma, considerevolmente più piccola e gestibile, sarebbe meglio che ciò non accadesse neppure per un singolo edificio storico. Ogni più piccolo mattone che ci perviene superstite dal passato merita rispetto, deve essere la nostra prima preoccupazione, siamo in Italia e dovremmo vivere di cultura...
pretty eighteenth-century church with a baroque facade, octagonal dome and small bell tower. Unfortunately it is not held to the best. In Naples there are dozens, perhaps hundreds of deconsecrated churches badly kept and misused, but in Parma, considerably smaller and more manageable, it would be better if this did not happen even for a single historical building. Every smallest brick that comes to us from the past deserves respect, it must be our first concern, we are in Italy and we should live by culture ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiesa consacrata all’inclusione sociale. Sede storica di Ciac Onlus, nella parte alta, affacciata sul Viale Toscanini e nella propaggine architettonica dentro il vicolo Ospizi Civili. Sconsacrata, eppure inginocchiata all’altare della solidarietà al rialzo. Spesso vuoto lo spazio storicamente dedicato al culto e alla kermesse religiosa. Solo qualche volta luogo di mostre ed iniziative culturali. Lo spazio a corollario dello spazio, un tempo dedicato alla ricerca di un incontro con dio, trabocca di vita, lacrime, rinascite, sudore. Di inquieto ma tenace futuro.
Church consecrated to social inclusion. Historic headquarters of Ciac Onlus, in the upper part, overlooking Viale Toscanini and in the architectural extension inside the Civic Hospices alley. Desecrated, yet kneeling at the altar of solidarity on the rise. The space historically dedicated to worship and religious festival is often empty. Only sometimes a place for exhibitions and cultural initiatives. Space as a corollary of space, once dedicated to the search for an encounter with God, overflows with life, tears, rebirths, sweat. Of a restless but tenacious future.
