★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto delle fotocopie ad un libro e mi sono ritrovata il libro rotto!!! Intere pagine staccate. Quando ho chiesto spiegazioni mi è stato detto che non era colpa loro ma che la rilegatura era difettosa, quando a me sembrava in ottime condizioni, anche perché il libro era nuovo!
I made some photocopies of a book and I found the broken book !!! Whole pages detached. When I asked for an explanation I was told that it wasn't their fault but that the binding was defective, when it seemed to me in excellent condition, also because the book was new!
