La risposta è lapidaria: "È tardi, fra un quarto d'ora chiudo". Visto che si tratta di un'urgenza e non posso rimandare, chiedo gentilmente se me le può fare subito. Risposta tassativa: "Impossibile". In quel momento mi si accede una lampadina e realizzo perché erano anni che non mettevo piede in questo posto. Non so se nel corso del tempo la gestione sia cambiata, ma cortesia e disponibilità, sono rimaste orgogliosamente invariate. Sulla qualità non saprei, però dubito si sia alzata di livello, anche se ci voleva poco. A suo modo una garanzia. Per la cronaca. Uscito dal negozio mi sono recato dalla "concorrenza" in via D"Azeglio. Risultato: fotocopie fatte, pagamento eseguito e problema risolto alle ore 12.29, meno di 10 minuti di lavoro, un minuto prima della mezza.
