Negative experience, grumpy staff and nothing professional, I had my thesis bound and after less than a month I found the detached pages ..... they advertise handmade covers ..... but where !!! to be avoided absolutely.

gentile e molto accogliente,
al ritiro della merce mi sono trovato davanti il titolare
una persona maleducata e molto agitata,
pur avendo io ragione minacciava di buttare via i miei volantini sbagliati da loro,
praticamente non ho potuto contestare nulla perchè lui praticamente fuori controllo che urlava davanti ai clienti.
mi chiedo come a gestire un attività una persona del genere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sembra sempre che gli stai chiedendo chissà cosa, quando devono fare del lavoro. Nonostante questo ci vado perchè i prezzi sono i migliori a Parma ma mi capita spesso di dire mo lo mando proprio a quel paese a questo.
