Francesca is great at preparing an infinite list of very original cocktails with the most unusual ingredients (curaro is my favorite!) and some innovative techniques. But the big plus of the place is the great atmosphere and the great dedication that all guests get. It feels like being at home. Few tables but any wait is totally worth it.
