Church of San Giovanni della Malva or the Church of the Albanian Community (Kisha and Shqiptarve) is located in the Trastevere district of Rome. It is a church of the IXX century, with a tripartite façade and triangular tympanum where the interior presents a Greek cross with a hemispherical dome, with internal decorations by unknown artists.

La chiesa originaria, dopo un lungo periodo di degrado, fu abbattuta e ricostruita alla metà del 1800, dalla nobile famiglia dei Grazioli. La facciata è tripartita mediante quattro lesene, nella parte centrale è presente un imponente portone e al di sopra un bassorilievo, che rappresenta “La Vergine Maria assunta in cielo con degli angeli e fra i santi Giovanni Battista con un’aquila e Giovanni Evangelista con un agnello. Ai lati sono presenti due finestre con inferriate con al di sopra altrettanti bassorilievi con stemma e fregi che rappresentano i due Santi un’Aquila e un Agnello. Sopra l’architrave è presente un frontone triangolare, al cui centro si trova lo stemma dei Grazioli (che fra i vari simboli ha un’aquila, un covone con spighe di grano e una capra). L’interno si presenta con una pianta a croce greca. La cupola è semplice ed è particolare perché è provvista all’estremità di un lucernaio in vetro. Nell’interno sono presenti diverse tele del XVIII e XIX secolo, la pala dell’altare rappresenta la Vergine Maria fra i santi Giovanni Evangelista e Giovanni Battista. S. Giovanni della Malva is a church located in the square of the same name, in the XIII district (Trastevere) and dates back to the 12th century. The original church, after a long period of decay, was demolished and rebuilt in the mid-1800s by the noble Grazioli family. The façade is divided into three parts by four pilasters, in the central part there is an imposing door and above a bas-relief, which represents "The Virgin Mary assumed into heaven with angels and among the saints John the Baptist with an eagle and John the Evangelist with a lamb. On the sides there are two windows with railings with above as many bas-reliefs with coat of arms and friezes representing the two Saints, an Eagle and a Lamb. Above the architrave there is a triangular pediment, in the center of which is the Grazioli coat of arms (which among the various symbols has an eagle, a sheaf with ears of wheat and a goat). The interior has a Greek cross plan. The dome is simple and particular because it is equipped with a glass skylight at the end. Inside there are several paintings from the 18th and 19th centuries, the altarpiece depicts the Virgin Mary between Saints John the Evangelist and John the Baptist.

La chiesa d'origine medievale di demolita e ricostruita si disegno di Giacomo Moraldi nel 1851. L'antica chiesa medievale a tre navate fu sostituita da una a croce greca ,la cupola appare molto luminoso da in lucernario sull'altare maggiore una tela di autore ignoto ,la chiesa è la sede della comunità albanese. The church of medieval origin, demolished and rebuilt, was designed by Giacomo Moraldi in 1851. The old church fell down, and the new one was a devotional exercise on the part of someone with money and a devotion to the Immaculate Conception (part of the full dedication). It's not that Trastevere was ever short of churches.
