★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trovandomi per lavoro in zona Trastevere, mi sono recato in questa ferramenta per fare un duplicato della chiave del mio scooter. Il titolare mi ha informato che la chiave pur essendo priva di microchip se messa a contatto con quella originale avrebbe funzionato. Ho pagato e sono andato via..ma nell'inserirla ho visto che la Vespa non si accendeva, gli ho telefonato e successivamente sono passato per chiedere spiegazioni. Non ha voluto rimborsarmi, ne farmi recuperare parte dei soldi, nonostante la chiave pagata 5€ non sia servita a nulla. Mi ha venduto una chiave inutile, ho buttato 5€ inutilmente . Pessimo servizio...fregare così i soldi é inconcepibile.
 Finding myself for work in the Trastevere area, I went to this hardware store to make a duplicate of the key to my scooter. The owner informed me that the key, even though it has no microchip, if put in contact with the original one, it would work. I paid and went away .. but when I inserted it I saw that the Vespa did not turn on, I called him and then I went to ask for explanations. He did not want to reimburse me, nor make me recover part of the money, despite the fact that the key paid for € 5 was useless. He sold me a useless key, I threw € 5 uselessly. Bad service ... so cheating on money is inconceivable.
