La sensazione che si prova entrando è molto particolare e, a mio parere, diversa da qualsiasi altra chiesa e basilica. Assolutamente da visitare. Wonderful Romanesque church of 1000 with a beautiful cloister and entrance, slightly more recent, which create a unique and very suggestive atmosphere. The feeling you get upon entering is very particular and, in my opinion, different from any other church and basilica. Absolutely to visit.

Diventata dopo gli interventi di "ripulitura" un bel pout-pourri di stili dal Duecento al Trecento (notevoli affreschi post-giotteschi e sculture), al Cinquecento con le tele dei maestri veronesi. Delizioso il pronao, così come è delizioso il cortile laterale e il campanile. Verona Minor Hierusalem.... Go see this beautiful old church. After the "cleaning" interventions it became a beautiful pout-pourri of styles from the thirteenth to the fourteenth century (notable post-Giotto frescoes and sculptures), to the sixteenth century with the paintings of the Veronese masters. The pronaos is delightful, as is the side courtyard and the bell tower. Verona Minor Hierusalem ....

Vielmals gingen wir achtlos an ihr vorbei auf dem Weg zum historischen Zentrum. Diesmal sollte es eine Stippvisite sein. Die Kirche wurde ab 1073 von den Vallombrosani-Mönchen erbaut und 1117 zu Ehren der Heiligen Dreifaltigkeit geweiht. Die Giebelfassade ist romanischen Typs und bietet Zugang zu Atrium, das aus einer Reihe gekoppelter Säulen besteht. Das Mauerwerk ist typisch für die Veroneser Romanik mit entsprechenden Reihen aus Terrakotta und Ziegeln und endet dann oben mit der Dekoration der klassischen wuchernden Bögen an den unteren Traufen. Der Glockenturm wiederholt den Farbwechsel und endet mit einem kegelförmigen Deckung aus Terrakotta und vier Zinnen. Leider war auf unseren Hin- und Rückweg Gottesdienst und wir wollten die Andacht nicht stören.
