★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci vengo ogni anno in corrispondenza della festa patronale dell' 11 settembre. È una semplice chiesa barocca con un'ampia gradinata centrale situata sul lungo mare de Santa cesarea, dove i fedeli possono assistere alle messe durante tutto l'anno compreso il periodo estivo. Per l'occasione della festa patronale , si può assistere alla risalita della Madonna, in pratica viene posta la statua su una imbarcazione poi traghettata fino a farla risalire e rimetterla all'interno di questa chiesa. Tutto molto suggestivo. Da non perdere assolutamente.
I come there every year at the patronal feast of September 11th. It is a simple baroque church with a large central staircase located on the seafront of Santa cesarea, where the faithful can attend mass throughout the year including the summer period. For the occasion of the patronal feast, you can witness the ascent of the Madonna, in practice the statue is placed on a boat then ferried up to make it go up and put it back inside this church. All very impressive. Absolutely not to be missed.
