Chi si lamenta della mancanza di prodotti commerciali da supermercato come la Nutella evidentemente non comprende quest’arte. Ogni ingrediente é completamente naturale e oltre ad essere ottime e appaganti sono anche molto leggere e digeribili. Vado ogni anno nel Salento da Venezia, e Zorbas é una tappa fissa, il Top!! Simply unique crepes, the best I've ever eaten, very nice and friendly owner. Those who complain about the lack of commercial supermarket products such as Nutella obviously do not understand this art. Each ingredient is completely natural and in addition to being excellent and satisfying, they are also very light and digestible. I go every year to Salento from Venice, and Zorbas is a fixed stop, the Top!!

Il prezzo é leggermente più alto del normale ma giustamente ad una maggiore lavorazione corrisponde un prezzo maggiore. In generale é un posto molto valido come qualità, purtroppo l'attesa e il carattere del proprietario, a volte non troppo cortese, scoraggiano alcuni visitatori come visibile da altre recensioni. Magari meno valide recensioni negative per i prodotti usati o per il tipo di crepes, nessuno obbliga il cliente ad aspettare o comprare, e se proprio non si trova un'alterntiva nelle vicinanze fare l'impasto classico a casa é molto semplice. In generale nonostante la qualità da 5 stelle il servizio sarebbe da migliorare e questo penalizza leggermente. L'impasto, sottile e croccante, è aromatizzato alla cannella; le farciture sono tutte biologiche e buonissime. Forse prezzo un tantino alto e tempi di attesa lunghi, ma ne vale la pena Not the usual Nutella crêpes ...
