MEGLIO GIRARE A LARGO DA QUESTO NEGOZIO A ROMA EST, NONOSTANTE MI SIA TROVATA SEMPRE BENISSIMO CON I PRODOTTI CHICCO, TANTA INCOMPETENZA E SVOGLIATEZZA DA PARTE DI DUE COMMESSE OGGI NEL POMERIGGIO NON L’HO MAI VISTA, NON CI METTERÒ PIÙ PIEDE.
REALLY EMBARANCING, RUDE AND WITH LITTLE WANT TO WORK.
IT IS BETTER TO GO AWAY FROM THIS STORE IN EAST ROME, DESPITE I AM ALWAYS FOUND WELL WITH THE CHICCO PRODUCTS, SO MUCH INCOMPETENCE AND CAREFULNESS ON THE PART OF TWO SHOPS TODAY IN THE AFTERNOON I HAVE NEVER SEEN IT, I WILL NEVER PUT IN IT AGAIN.

Le ragazze sono tutte disponibili e gentili.
Eravamo passati con mio marito per avere info sui trio e sulla lista nascita..
Beh la ragazza che ci ha seguito (Stefania) è stata 2 ore con noi a spiegarci tutto, senza farci sentire stupidi o ignoranti, visto che le abbiamo fatto tantissime domande.
Ho fatto la mia lista nascita da loro e sono soddisfattissima di come gestiscono il tutto e della disponibilità ed empatia.
Negozio curato, pulito e sistemato benissimo.

The girls are all helpful and kind.
We went with my husband to get info on the trio and the birth list ..
Well the girl who followed us (Stefania) was with us for 2 hours to explain everything, without making us feel stupid or ignorant, since we asked her so many questions.
I made my birth list from them and I am very satisfied with how they manage everything and with the availability and empathy.
Store neat, clean and very well arranged.
Compliments!!
