Ho acquistato un baby vestito di venerdì e già la proprietaria sembrava quasi scocciata e infastidita dalle richieste, il sabato ci rendiamo conto che il vestito era stretto pertanto chiamiamo in negozio facciamo presente la cosa e ci viene detto, dopo varie supposizioni sulla veridicità del fatto, di recarci in negozio il prima possibile.
Per tanto massimo un' ora e mezza dopo siamo tornati in negozio e la signora ci dice che non era possibile sostituire il vestito in quanto il sabato e la domenica non fanno sostituzioni, al che chiedo come mai per telefono ci avesse detto il prima possibile e non che il sabato e domenica non fanno le sostituzioni, senza dare risposte iniziava a trovare delle probabili scuse del tipo che non funzionava il registratore di cassa, quindi ho chiesto come facesse a fare gli scontrini fiscali ai clienti, ovviamente non rispondeva a tale domanda e innervosita ci urlava che non era obbligata a sostituirci il vestito. Siamo andati via senza sostituire il vestito tra le urla della proprietaria e le mie che ovviamente rispondevo a tono. nonostante abbia provato ad insistere non siamo riusciti a farci sostituire il vestito, 100 euro buttati e scene al limite della legalità.

We left without replacing the dress between the screams of the owner and mine, which of course I answered in kind. despite having tried to insist we were not able to make us replace the dress, 100 euros thrown and scenes to the limit of legality.

La proprietaria è di una maleducazione unica, mi chiedo come fa ad avere un negozio!!!!!ammetto che non posso valutare a pieno gli abiti perché sono stata impossibilitata nel acquistare e provare l'abito battesimale alla piccola, causa il suo modo sgarbato e inaudito che ci ha costretti ad andare via dal negozio. Un pó di empatia e umiltà aiuterebbe di gran lunga la gestione vendite nel suo caso..... Sconsigliatissimo!!!!

Ma ieri la commessa presunta proprietaria è stata di una scortesia unica,antipatica e maleducata è dirgli poco.. Non tornerò mai più.. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO... non gli andava di prendere una scala per farci vedere l'abito, ma vi rendete conto? Se non gli và di lavorare lasciasse il posto a chi ne ha veramente bisogno... SI VERGOGNI!!!!!

Vestiti meravigliosi davvero, ma la signora all'interno del tutto sgradevole.
La parola d'ordine in questo negozio è NON SI TOCCA.
Arriviamo in questo negozio con la mia amica e mia figlia di 5 mesi, entriamo e chiediamo di vedere due abitini appesi dietro il bancone, la proprietaria senza troppa empatia ce li fa vedere da lontano un secondo, e non esagero, un secondo e li ripone.
Chiediamo se gentilmente ce li fa vedere per qualche secondo in più visto che eravamo intenzionate a comprarlo, perché ripeto la merce è veramente bellissima.
Lei con fare molto scocciato lo mette sul bancone, ripetendoci per la 200esima volta di non toccarli, mentre si allontana a servire altri clienti.
Ovviamente ci lanciava occhiatacce da lontano per controllare che non toccassimo la plastica che rivestiva gli abitini.
Ad un certo punto decidiamo di tentare la vita alzandone uno dalla stampella, che poi effettivamente decidiamo di acquistare, e niente siamo vive?
Da quel momento in poi passano circa 40 minuti in cui mentre serviva noi per acquistare anche altri accessori ( scarpine fascetta bavaglino ecc) continuava a servire altre persone (ovviamente con fare sgarbato con tutti, tant'è che con una signora finisce anche in litigata accesa, un po' anche meritata) finché mia figlia dopo tutto quel tempo inizia a piangere , così la prego di farci cassa e farci andare via.
Se la merce non fosse così bella, non varrebbe neanche di spenderci un secondo, sicuramente con un personale differente sarebbe un bellissimo negozio.
