Sono venuta a conoscenza di tale farmacia sperando di trovare persone che avessero pazienza nell"ascolto e competenza mirata per una problematica personale a cui non sapevo dare una soluzione soddisfacente. Quí ho trovato ciò che cercavo. La dottoressa Brigida mi ha guidato sapientemente e siccome so che le terapie del "fai da te" sono dannose ho cercato di seguire le indicazioni datemi facendo anche tesoro dei prodotti galenici efficaci di vostra produzione. Se tra il medico di base e farmacisti ci fosse un dialogo, che non sia solo un dare e ricevere, alieni da una competizione ma guardando ad una completezza reciproca, credo che non ci si sentirebbe solo parte di una azienda, ma persone che nel loro piccolo collaborano alla salute in modo razionale e dialogante. Grazie, per la vostra preziosa e vivace presenza nel territorio trevigiano, grazie a ciascun collaboratore, ognuno nella sua competenza ho visto che dà sapientemente il meglio di sé. Carmen I don't know how much gratitude you deserve. I learned about this pharmacy hoping to find people who were patient in listening and focused competence for a personal problem that I didn't know how to give a satisfactory solution. Here I found what I was looking for. Dr. Brigida guided me wisely and since I know that the "do-it-yourself" therapies are harmful I tried to follow the directions given to me making also treasure of the effective galenic products of your production.If between the GP and pharmacists there was a dialogue, that is not only a give and take , alien to a competition but looking at a reciprocal completeness, I believe that one would not only feel part of a company, but people who in their own small way collaborate in health in a rational and dialoguing way. Thank you, for your precious and lively presence in the Treviso area, thanks to each collaborator, everyone in his competence I saw that wisely gives the best of himself. Carmen

Tuttavia mi ha dato molto fastidio il fatto che dopo aver chiamato varie volte al numero di telefono nessuno ha risposto, ho scritto su Whatsapp e mi hanno risposto il giorno dopo quando a me serviva una risposta urgente. La presenza online, soprattutto in un'app di messaggeria, serve per dare risposte facili e veloci e questa carenza mi ha dato molto fastidio. However, I was very annoyed by the fact that after calling the phone number several times no one answered, I wrote on Whatsapp and they answered me the next day when I needed an urgent answer.
