Ultima esperienza andata male, la ragazza mi ha praticamente sconsigliato di comprare la torta vista la durata del mio viaggio ( 15 km) ,premetto che l ho sempre presa li affrontando anche tratte più lunghe (il proprietario mi ha sempre detto che va tirata fuori dal freezer 1ora prima ),ma la cosa sgradevole che mi ha mortificata è stata quella di sentirmi dire dalla ragazza che loro non consigliano mai di comprare torte con durata di viaggio lungo e quindi impossibile che io abbia comprato torte li. Ci siamo andati solo perché la nostra gelateria preferita era chiusa, ma era meglio rimanere con la voglia. In effetti non capisco la mole di persone che ci va, sarà per il posto discretamente carino con le panchine. Ad ogni modo: rapporto qualità-quantità/prezzo bassa, gelato inconsistente, pallina piccola, gusto mediocre (preferenza personale), maggioranza di gusti classici, scarsità di gusti speciali e particolari e gelataio poco simpatico che avrebbe piuttosto dovuto prediligere un lavoro non a contatto con la gente. C'è da dire che il lavoro a contatto col cliente non è facile e il cliente non ha sempre ragione, ma quando il negoziante sbotta per nulla, il cliente HA sempre ragione. Se ti viene chiesto di assaggiare un cucchiaino di gelato per sentire un gusto che il cliente non ha mai provato non puoi rispondere con un "e se non lo facciamo assaggiare? Non è obbligatorio farlo assaggiare. Quando vai a mangiare la pizza chiedi prima un assaggio?". Esempio, tra l'altro, inconsistente, dato che la pizza non viene venduta sfusa come il gelato artigianale. Giuro solennemente che è la prima gelateria che sento affermare una cosa simile sull'assaggio di un cucchiaino di gelato. Il savoir-faire, purtroppo, non è da tutti. Mi piacesse il gelato potrei andarci anche se il proprietario è antipatico, ma non è proprio il caso. Riconfermo la saggia scelta di non averci voluto più a che fare per anni. Sympathy take me away. Da due anni è inziato il declino, gelato che non ha nulla a che vedere con quello di una volta, praticamente solo acqua e zucchero. Un peccato davvero. Prezzi folli, quantità irrisorie, non siamo in centro a Treviso, ma a Quinto. Il prezzo te lo pago anche volentieri se il gelato è buono e consistente ma così assolutamente no. Lasciamo stare la scarsa simpatia di chi ci lavora, sembra che ti facciano un torto a venderti il gelato. La concorrenza nella zona è praticamente assente quindi è l'ambiente è anche molto frequentato per il nome che si è fatto negli anni, giustamente anche, torno a ripetere che il loro gelato era uno dei più buoni.
