La farmacista con la quale ho avuto a che fare, due volte di seguito la stessa persona, mi è sembrata scarsamente competente, non sono assolutamente riuscita a farmi capire nella lettura di un codice fiscale per risalire ad un'impegnativa elettronica già emessa dal medico, perciò già presente nel sistema.
La difficoltà l'ho riscontrata sia di persona, sia per telefono, tanto che ho dovuto cambiare esercizio.
La stessa operazione, replicata in un'altra farmacia, ha esitato positivamente, più volte e senza alcun problema.
