★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il check-in si fa in palazzo dove si fa fatica a trovare gli uffici manca il posteggio la neve tutto sommato a parte le troppe vibrazioni e il tempo per percorrere una tratta come Catania Salerno 13 ore troppe
The check-in is done in the building where it is hard to find the offices the parking space is missing the snow all in all apart from the too many vibrations and the time to cover a journey like Catania Salerno 13 hours too many

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale totalmente incompetente. Si trovano lì a staccare i biglietti, sarebbe meglio mandarli a lavorare alle giostre e mettere qualcuno di competente. Non sanno gestire i rapporti con la clientela, non parlano lingue oltre il loro dialetto, non sono in grado di dare nessuna informazione né risolvere aspetti burocratici legati ai biglietti e check-in. Mi chiedo in punto nevralgico come la biglietterie in un porto come catania, chi li abbia collocati e quali colloqui hanno superato per trovarsi lì.
Totally incompetent staff. They are there to remove the tickets, it would be better to send them to work on the rides and put someone of competent. They do not know how to manage customer relations, they do not speak languages other than their dialect, they are not able to give any information or solve bureaucratic aspects related to tickets and check-in. I wonder in a nerve center like the ticket offices in a port like Catania, who placed them and what talks they passed to find themselves there.

Check in in una zona del porto assolutamente inaccessibile, senso unico, per accedere alla zona di imbarco bisogna fare circa 200 metri controsenso, oppure chiedere ad un addetto introvabile di accompagnarti sempre in controsenso, con i TIR che ti vengono contro.. dopo si imbocca un altro controviale a guida sx che ti porta nel porto storico, senza indicazioni Gino ad arrivare ad un chekpoint dove finalmente ti indicano il molo di imbarco...
