★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il lettore di tessere esterno che serve per aprire la porta ha problemi nella lettura di alcune carte, così come L'ATM. Se la banca è chiusa si rischia di non poter effettuare operazioni.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da quando hanno cambiato la sede il servizio di versamenti dallo sportello automatico o non funziona o si blocca durante l'operazione (procurando infarti multipli). Come se non bastasse il personale è scortese e non collaborativo in situazioni simili
Since they changed their location, the cash dispenser service either doesn't work or stops during the operation (resulting in multiple heart attacks). As if that were not enough the staff are rude and uncooperative in similar situations

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vado per ritirare il libretto degli assegni e mi dicono che di sabato "manca la collega che fa queste cose e c'è una sostituta, è una procedura complicata".
Il tutto condito da un tono un po' scocciato, quasi come se fossi strano io a pretendere certe cose di sabato, e da domande del tipo "ma a che le serve un libretto degli assegni?" poste in modo così poco formale da sembrare quasi impertinenti.
Insomma, niente libretto, lunedì andrò in un'altra filiale.
I go to pick up the checkbook and they tell me that on Saturday "the colleague who does these things is missing and there is a substitute, it is a complicated procedure".
All this is topped off with a slightly annoyed tone, almost as if I were strange to demand certain things on Saturday, and questions like "but what do you need a checkbook for?" posed in such a formal way as to seem almost impertinent.
In short, no booklet, I will go to another branch on Monday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiedo informazioni al call center per aprire un conto e mi dicono di presentarmi pure in filiale senza appuntamento. Il giorno dopo prendo un'ora di permesso da lavoro, mi reco in filiale e non mi ricevono perchè sono senza appuntamento. Pazzesco. Come se lavorassero solo loro.
I ask the call center for information to open an account and they tell me to go to the branch without an appointment. The next day I take an hour's leave from work, I go to the branch and they don't receive me because I'm without an appointment. Crazy. As if only they worked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dispiace dover dire che il personale non è assolutamente gentile con i clienti. A fronte di una richiesta di migrazione del conto con chiusura contestuale del vecchio C/C scopro dopo quasi un mese che la chiusura non è stata richiesta e invece di trovare una soluzione al problema mi rispondono che posso andare io alla vecchia banca per chiudere il conto. Con il servizio di online banking mi trovo bene ma le rare volte che devo andare in filiale è sempre un'esperienza negativa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho questa banca da alcuni anni. Molto disponibili, il direttore è sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi chiarimento ed i servizi on-line comodissimi e di facile utilizzo. Ci faccio di tutto. Da pagamenti ad investimenti a modifiche di utenze. Perfetta per chi è abituato a gestire tramite pc o app i propri interessi.
I have had this bank for a few years. Very helpful, the director is always available for any clarification and the on-line services are very comfortable and easy to use. I do everything with it. From payments to investments to changes to utilities. Perfect for those who are used to managing their interests via PC or app.
