Per un'operazione di emissione a/c ed altre connesse verso le 12,20 odierne, a parte la rapidità dell'esecuzione da parte dell'addetta, ho dalla stessa riscontrato competenza ed assoluta gentilezza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando sono stato alla sede di Piazza Bologna la transizione da Barclays non era ancora del tutto completata.
Per versare un assegno non ho potuto usare lo sportello automatico e pertanto ho dovuto pagare una commissione di versamento.
When I went to the headquarters in Piazza Bologna the transition from Barclays was not yet fully completed.
I was unable to use the ATM to pay a check and therefore had to pay a deposit fee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una delusione NON mi aprono il conto perchè sono Barclays nonostante sul sito e sulle insegne sono chiaramente CHEBANCA mi invitano ad andare in via Salaria, ma anche lì non mi aprono il conto da aggiungere che in entrambi i casi le sedi erano senza clienti, ma non mi hanno aperto il conto comunque....per fortuna dovevano semplificare il tutto!! Pessimo servizio.
A disappointment does NOT open my account because I am Barclays although on the site and on the signs they are clearly CHEBANCA they invite me to go to via Salaria, but even there they do not open the account to add that in both cases the offices were without customers, but not they opened my account anyway .... luckily they had to simplify everything !! Bad service.

Tra l'altro, completato il passaggio, mi hanno anche aiutato a riavere dalla vecchia bancaquanto ancora spettante. Consigliatissima.
Branch of excellence. Without the fundamental contribution of their consultant, the subrogation would not have been successful at very good rates.
Among other things, having completed the transition, they also helped me get back from the old bank, which is still due. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peggiore filiale della storia, di una delle peggiori banche. Il giorno che tutti implementeranno home banking rimarranno tutti senza lavoro. Svogliati e maleducati , a parte qualche rara eccezione.
Sportello quasi sempre non funzionante.
Worst branch in history, one of the worst banks. The day everyone will implement home banking they will all be out of work. Listless and rude, apart from a few rare exceptions.
Door almost always not working.

Prima la filiale aveva un personale decente che sapeva gestire ed essere cortese con il cliente. Da come hanno cambiato personale e direttore, trovo solo scortesia, svogliatezza, non fanno ne gli interessi della banca e nemmeno quelli del cliente. Peggior filiale di sempre.

Before, the branch had decent staff who knew how to manage and be courteous to the customer. From how they have changed staff and director, I find only rudeness, listlessness, they do not do the interests of the bank nor those of the customer. Worst branch ever.
