★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il direttore, unico con cui ho avuto a che fare direttamente, è persona estremamente seria e preparata. La banca risulta pulita, anche se un po' datata negli arredi.
The director, the only one I have dealt with directly, is an extremely serious and prepared person. The bank is clean, although somewhat dated in the furnishings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dipendenti scortesi ho telefonato pee avvisare che arrivavo alle 13 precise per ritirare solo una busta password che la mia filiale aveva terminato e nn solo mi hanno risposto in maniera scortese e arrogante ma sono arrivata alle 13 precise e nn mi hanno aperto costringendomi a dover tornare....per prendere una busta questione di 1 minuto di lavoro
Spero nn deve succedere anche a loro di esse trattate cosi
Rude employees I phoned to inform them that I was arriving at 1 pm precisely to collect only a password envelope that my branch had finished and not only they answered me in a rude and arrogant way but I arrived at 1 pm precisely and they did not open me forcing me to return. ... to take an envelope in 1 minute of work
I hope nn must also happen to them treated like this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Operatrice in cassa altamente scortese senza alcun motivo. Filiale da evitare! Preferisco andare a quella a Via Messina anche se si trova più lontano dalla mia abitazione.
Highly rude cashier operator for no reason whatsoever. Branch to avoid! I prefer to go to the one in Via Messina even if it is further away from my home.
