The road to the chapel is a dusty stone road with a little car park at the end. You then have to walk about 5 minutes to the Chapel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing location and structure, love the simplicity and the whole setting. You need to park at walk to the location, it's a beautiful walk and there is a nice farm next to it. The whole area is just beautiful to wonder around, too hot to come around this time of the year but will be back when weather is cooler.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an off the beaten path, special place to visit. If you do the Rick Steves Heart of Tuscany driving tour, this is a fairly easy addition to your itinerary. Be prepared to walk the last half mile to get there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chapel Vitaleta is currently under renovation as is the restaurant nearby but ……Reflexes by Helidon Xhixha, an Artist of Albanian origins who has achieved continued success with his iconic stainless steel structures. These structure are part of an outdoor sculpture exhibition. 50 Anni nel Verde and are found in various spots throughout Tuscany including these at Vitaletta - one is Coniscenza and the other Abbraccio di Luce .Beautiful to see art scattered!
