Nous avons réservé deux chalets trois mois à l’avance et une semaine avant le départ ils ont annulé notre réservation car soit disant les chalets avaient été réservés à double sur un autre site de réservation. Je trouve incroyable qu’ils aient remarqué cela seulement une semaine avant le départ! Je n’y crois absolument pas. Surtout qu’on leur avait
téléphoné pour des renseignements et ne nous ont pas parlé de cela. C’est juste une grande arnaque, perte d’argent pendant que eux s’en mettent pleins les poches. En plus ils ne parlent même pas l’italien alors que c’est en Italie. Vraiment nul!!
They are big dishonest people who don't even deserve a star! We booked two cabins three months in advance and a week before departure they canceled our reservation because they allegedly had double booked on another booking site. I find it unbelievable that they only noticed this a week before the start! I absolutely do not believe it. Especially since we had them
phoned for inquiries and did not tell us about it. It's just a big scam, waste of money while they stuff their pockets. Besides, they don't even speak Italian when it's in Italy. Really rubbish!!
