★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorrei dare attenzione alla sede CAF di CIVITANOVA Marche, che attualmente posso caratterizzare come PESSIMA! Qualche anno fa personale era molto modesto,gentilie, stava da parte dei lavoratori, aiutava veramente seppur tanti servizi offrivano anche gratuitamente.
Nell'ulltimo periodo invece tutto è cambiato, è diventata una struttura totalmente COMMERCIALE, direi capitalista. Tutto diventato a pagamento con i costi dei servizi offerti superiori a quelli offerti da un commercialista più costoso. Non so se loro trattano tutte le persone nella stessa maniera, ma la mia ESPERIENZA è stata proprio PESSIMA,perché non capiscono le persone in difficoltà, specialmente in questo periodo.

I would like to pay attention to the CAF headquarters in CIVITANOVA Marche, which I can currently characterize as BAD! A few years ago the staff were very modest, kind, they were on the part of the workers, they really helped even if they offered many services for free.
In the last period, however, everything has changed, it has become a totally COMMERCIAL structure, I would say capitalist. Everything has become paid with the costs of the services offered higher than those offered by a more expensive accountant. I don't know if they treat all people the same way, but my EXPERIENCE was just BAD, because they don't understand people in difficulty, especially in this period.
