Hanno accettato la mia proposta per un immobile solo "verbalmente" con la scusa che il venditore non era reperibile per la firma e invitata a proseguire comunque con la richiesta di mutuo senza accettazione ufficiale.
Insieme alla mia erano state accettate altre due proposte, sempre verbalmente, e il primo che arrivava con l'assegno del mutuo si prendeva l'appartamento.
Ovviamente la provvigione (fissa sotto una certa cifra) corrispondeva al 6%. Sconsiglio vivamente questa agenzia.

They accepted my proposal for a property only "verbally" with the excuse that the seller was not available for signature and invited to continue with the mortgage request without official acceptance.
Two other proposals had been accepted along with mine, again verbally, and the first one who arrived with the mortgage check took the apartment.
Obviously the commission (fixed under a certain amount) corresponded to 6%. I strongly advise against this agency.
