★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi riallaccio alla recensione di Lalla, mia moglie, per confermare l'assoluta superficialità di gestione di un semplice contratto di immobile, in qualità di locatore.
Prima della sottoscrizione del contratto sarebbe stato estremamente utile verificare le referenze degli inquilini con il precedente locatore, al fine di evitare sgradevoli e continue situazioni al limite della controversia legale.
Ho già speso troppo in consulenze d'avvocati, che sicuramente si potevano evitare con gestione più oculata e chiarezza del contratto.
Per quanto riguarda invece la Vostra indicazione del cognome di mia moglie, in risposta alla Sua recensione, mi chiedo se avete avuto dalla stessa autorizzazione in merito.
Comunque una recensione negativa può essere solo uno stimolo a migliorare e contribuire alla Vostra crescita professionale.

Before signing the contract, it would have been extremely useful to check the tenants' references with the previous lessor, in order to avoid unpleasant and continuous situations bordering on the legal dispute.
I have already spent too much on lawyers' consultations, which certainly could have been avoided with more careful management and clarity of the contract.
As for your indication of my wife's surname, in response to your review, I wonder if you have had the same authorization in this regard.
However, a negative review can only be a stimulus to improve and contribute to your professional growth.

eravamo un pò scettici ad affidarci nuovamente ad un' agenzia immobiliare in quanto in passato non abbiamo avuto un'esperienza idilliaca, ma sorprendentemente siamo stati trattati fin da subito con immensa sincerità. schiettezza ed un'umanità fuori dal comune e se un domani dovessimo aver bisogno nuovamente di cambiare casa non avremmo alcun dubbio di affidarci ancora a loro.
