★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io e la mia compagna stavamo cercando un appartamento in affitto in zona causa trasferimento per lavoro. Nonostante entrambi lavorassimo con ottimi contratti di lavoro (io per una della più grandi società di consulenza al mondo e la mia compagna lo stesso nel settore moda) ci è stato detto che non offrivamo le opportune garanzie per l'immobile in questione (un misero affitto di poco + di 500 euro al mese).
Sono stato ben 2 volte in agenzia inutilmente, facendomi perdere solo tempo visto l'esito della trattativa.
La prima volta che mi interfaccio con un affiliato Tecnocasa che sarà, ovviamente, anche l'ultima.
My partner and I were looking for an apartment for rent in the area due to relocation for work. Although we both worked with excellent employment contracts (me for one of the largest consultancy companies in the world and my partner in the fashion industry too) we were told that we did not offer the appropriate guarantees for the property in question (a paltry rent slightly + 500 euros per month).
I have been in the agency twice in vain, making me waste only time given the outcome of the negotiation.
The first time I interact with a Tecnocasa affiliate which will obviously also be the last.
