Il personale è cortese e accogliente. Garantita la spedizione della merce acquistata. Apertura estiva! A shop of ceramic products with a vast assortment and active for three generations. It is located near the main square of Ravello, a short distance away there is also a large parking area near the Duomo. The shop has Vietri and Deruta ceramics at moderate costs. The staff is courteous and welcoming. Guaranteed shipment of the purchased goods. Summer opening!
L	Lynn Lowell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DID NOT PAY FOR SHIPPING WHEN SAID THEY WOULD. If not for a silly $52 that I was "stuck for" it would have been a 5 star review. My son and daughter in law purchased a set of dinnerware from Ceramiche D'Arte Carmela while they were visiting Itally a few years back. They LOVE the ceramics. Over the years we have ordered more for their set and had it shipped to us in America. This year I had a large order, but said to Roberta Cioffi (I believe she is an owner, but I am not sure) that depending on the cost of shipping would determine weather I would order ALL or part of the wish list. She imediatley said she would pay for shipping. Great! Then order it all I said!!! I recieved the first box (some items had to still be made) all was good. But then the second box didnt come and didnt come. It ends up it was being held for "import fees" of $52. This should have been part of shipping costs, it was always in past orders including the first box of this very order. VERY disappointed and sad that Roberta didn't honor her word to pay for shipping.
