A parte la simpatia del proprietario, sono rimasta molto colpita dalla particolarità degli oggetti che produce e dalla sua abilità tecnico-decorativa. Ho acquistato molti pezzi per la cucina, che uso quotidianamente. Sicuramente ci tornerò presto, sia per me che per fare dei regali originali.

Mi sono fermata all'Atelier del signor Franco Safina, negozio piccolo dove lo sguardo si è perso tra le meraviglie degli oggetti con dettagli e colori unici, prodotti esclusivi, fatti a mano dal signor Franco.
Il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile mi ha dato ottimi suggerimenti per la scelta dei manufatti acquistati: dei regali per me, per amici e parenti a prezzi molto competitivi, invitanti e convenienti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io sono stato sempre perplesso sull’acquisto online di oggetti di cui sia necessario apprezzarne in modo sottile la bellezza, osservandoli di persona con calma, e percependone anche sulla pelle il fascino. Complici i limiti imposti dal Covid, ho osato affrontare questa esperienza con delle ceramiche di Franco Safina, conosciuto per caso nel sito “Io compro siciliano”, e della cui produzione avevo visto solo delle foto. Ho osato farlo, ed è stata un’esperienza estremamente positiva, sia per la disponibilità e la serietà dell’artista, sia per i prezzi onesti praticati, e soprattutto per la bellezza degli oggetti acquistati e che adesso fanno bella mostra nella mia terrazza. Quindi consiglio a tutti di ripetere la mia esperienza, senza alcuna riserva. Adesso a me manca solo di andare in Sicilia a visitare di persona il suo atelier a Sambuca, di cui ho visto le foto, e tremo al pensiero di quanto spenderò in quella circostanza, sono convinto che mi comprerò tutto ….

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! What a place to visit! Franco owns the shop and creates all the beautiful art himself in his studio upstairs. It was the most beautiful pottery I have seen in Sicily and is well worth the visit. Besides the beautiful art. Franco even took my family and I upstairs to his workshop to show us how he paints his ceramics. If I could have bought the entire shop I would have! Sambuca is a beautiful town in itself, but visiting this shop
Makes it even more worth the trip!
