I proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili, ci hanno accolto mettendoci totalmente a nostro agio. La consiglio a chiunque abbia voglia o necessità di soggiornare in queste zone. Beautiful structure, easily accessible, located a few steps from the town center. The very kind and helpful owners welcomed us putting us totally at ease. I recommend it to anyone who wants or needs to stay in these areas.

Inoltre (non da poco) facilità di parcheggio a due passi dal B&B Appartamento: 5/5 Ristrutturato e arredato con gusto così da darti la reale sensazione di trovarti in una casa vissuta con tutti i mobili ed arredi che servono e che abbelliscono l’ambiente. Al piano terra Cucina completa di tutto quanto possa servire per ogni evenienza che tu abbia o meno voglia di cucinare (e volendo anche fruire della buona scorta di vini). Al primo piano tre ambienti ben distribuiti con camera da letto (quest’ultimo per me un po' troppo morbido), un soggiorno e un piccolo vano ottimo per sistemare valige e vestiti. Tre aperture che consentono ottima aereazione. Il bagno è di discrete dimensioni nuovo e funzionale. La pulizia è da premio (sì sono di quelli che si affaccia anche sotto il letto) in ogni ambiente della casa. La colazione è una coccola: 5/5. Ogni mattina - oltre al resto - cornetti freschi di pasticceria e succo d’arancia appena spremuto. I proprietari (abbiamo conosciuto solo Nino): 5/5 Sono di una professionalità e discrezione unica. Sempre disponibili dimostrano la loro passione per il lavoro fornendoti ogni informazione per meglio goderti la vacanza. Affidatevi con serenità. Per una vacanza in coppia 5/5+ Location: 5/5 in the heart of Sambuca, perfect for immersing yourself in the Saracen alleys while enjoying the enchanting village. Also (not just) easy parking a stone's throw from the B&B Apartment: 5/5 Renovated and furnished with taste so as to give you the real feeling of being in a lived-in house with all the furniture and furnishings you need and that embellish the environment. On the ground floor kitchen complete with everything that can be used for any eventuality that you want to cook or not (and also wanting to benefit from the good supply of wines). On the first floor there are three well-distributed rooms with a bedroom (the latter a bit too soft for me), a living room and a small compartment, excellent for storing suitcases and clothes. Three openings that allow excellent ventilation. The bathroom is of a fair size, new and functional. Cleanliness is a premium (yes they are the ones that also overlooks under the bed) in every room of the house. Breakfast is a treat: 5/5. Every morning - in addition to the rest - fresh pastry croissants and freshly squeezed orange juice. The owners (we only met Nino): 5/5 They have a unique professionalism and discretion. Always available, they demonstrate their passion for work by providing you with any information to better enjoy your holiday. Trust with serenity. For a couple holiday 5/5 +

P	Pavani C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic stay at Al-Zabut! The highlight of our stay is the charming and endearing couple (the hosts) who make you feel at home and it was heart-felt. They dropped off fresh pastries for breakfast every morning at 8 AM without disturbing us. They were very helpful and lovely. They provided very good recommendations for dinner. The apartment/house is full of charm and character with traditional accents yet renovated fully and decorated beautifully. The bed was very comfortable. The location is perfect, just 50 to 100 ft from the main cathedral of Sambuca and a 5-min walk from the one of the best restaurants. When you look out of the window of Al-Zabut, you see beautiful village streets and pretty houses. The place was exceptionally clean with all the facilities most people would need and want - espresso machine and milk frother, tea kettle, all the toiletries, bread, butter, jams, milk, juices, etc. Nothing has been overlooked at this place. We highly recommend staying here when you visit Sambuca or the nearby cities as it will be a very memorable stay.

In fact it's more a private apartment than a B&B with the special addition of Francesca and Nino's delicate touch. They are a sweet couple who's sole aim is to make your stay the most comfortable and easy as possible. The apartment is decorated with such finesse and delicate touch that you feel right at home right from the entrance. Everything has been beautifully thought out and executed. We will definitely be coming back before next year

This is one of the top three B and Bs we’ve ever stayed in… and that includes considerably more than a hundred throughout the U.S. and Europe over the past several decades. First, the place is arranged and thoughtfully furnished with everything a traveler needs, and it’s both beautiful and comfortable. We’ve returned 7 times since we first stayed there 3 years ago, even though covid meant we couldn’t get to Europe for 16 months. Parking is convenient and always available. But equally or more importantly, it’s that Nino and Francesco have gone so far above and beyond to make sure we have what we want—directions, advice, special surprises (like gifts of local produce), convenient timing for our checkins/checkouts, and more. One consideration, as Sambuca is a hill town, is whether a guest can do stairs. The bedroom, living room, and bathroom are upstairs. But the hosts do all possible to help, always lugging our heavy suitcases up and down for us. The mattress isn’t very thick, but it’s plenty big (true king-size). The air conditioners and heaters are really powerful, which we’ve appreciated during summer and winter stays. Until we happened to meet two other unrelated groups of visitors—one from France and one American—who told us this place was their “home away from home,” we thought we must be specially favored. It turns out that apparently EVERYONE who stays there feels it’s their special place… for good reason!
