Verificati gli imballi alla consegna risultati integri, ma al momento dell'apertura degli imballi 4 su 7 risultavano danneggiate. Immediatamente contestato mi e stato detto che le commerciali potevano presentare questo problema,ma ho fatto notare che la commerciale puo presentare difetti di calibro, tono ed altro, ma non rotture dovute a trasporto o maneggio.la disponibilità alla sostituzione di 1 piastrella secondo loro difettosa e giunta solo dopo mia accorata rimostranza. Nel frattempo avendo iniziato i lavori e non potendo interrompere ho risolto diversamente camuffando la piastrella danneggiata e usando le altre per i tagli. Un consiglio , alla consegna fatevi verificare tutte le piastrelle e tutti i pacchi, non fidatevi degli imballi apparentemente integri per evitare problemi ed incomprensioni dopo .

In the meantime, having started work and being unable to interrupt, I solved the problem by disguising the damaged tile and using the others for the cuts. A suggestion, on delivery let yourself check all the tiles and all the packages, do not trust the apparently intact packaging to avoid problems and misunderstandings later.
