A	Arianna Maffei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se fosse possibile darei 0 stelle al Centro Tim di Querceta. La mia prima esperienza è stata a dir poco negativa. A settembre ho attivato un'offerta per la navigazione internet con il PC dove si prevedeva un raddoppio dei 25 gigabyte di traffico per i clienti telecom (in totale 50 giga da utilizzare in un anno) ma, nonostante abbia dato tutti i miei dati in modo da ricevere questo contributo, per incompetenza dell'operatrice affiancata in quel momento dal titolare il raddoppio non è stato attivato. A distanza di tempo l'operatrice è cambiata ma il modus operandi è sempre il solito e l'incompetenza vige ancora in questo negozio. Ho richiesto l'accredito come previsto, facendo presente che si tratta di una loro dimenticanza ma ad oggi non ho ancora ricevuto niente. L' operatrice del negozio sostiene di aver fatto la segnalazione alla TIM ma il servizio clienti 119 mi ha riferito personalmente che la segnalazione risulta incompleta per mancanza di documentazione specifica e quindi risulta tutto in stand-by. Di nuovo incompetenza! Neanche sono a conoscenza di cosa inviare. Ho chiesto chiarimenti in negozio e la risposta è stata "quando avrò un pò di tempo farò di nuovo la segnalazione", direi un servizio esemplare che danno al cliente! Non dimentichiamo che si tratta di un loro errore! In aggiunta, nelle occasioni che mi hanno portato ad entrare in questo negozio, ho notato sempre una lentezza nel procedere alle attivazioni delle offerte. Alcune persone hanno dovuto attendere un'ora e forse anche di più per sottoscrivere un'offerta e loro si sono sempre giustificati dicendo che i terminali erano intasati perchè in quel momento c'era una richiesta eccessiva da parte di altri utenti in Italia. Come credere all'asilo che vola! Forse gli manca la connessione internet, avranno finito i miei giga!!! Un consiglio a tutte le persone della zona che hanno bisogno di assistenza Tim è quello di andare al negozio di Forte dei Marmi, oppure al negozio di Massa che si trova al Centro MareMonti per intenderci dov'è il Carrefour. In entrambe le situazioni troverete professionalità e competenza. Non state a perdere tempo ad andare a Querceta! If it were possible I would give 0 stars to the Tim Center in Querceta. My first experience was nothing short of negative. In September I activated an offer for internet browsing with the PC where it was expected a doubling of the 25 gigabytes of traffic for telecom customers (a total of 50 gigabytes to be used in a year) but, despite having given all my data so to receive this contribution, due to the incompetence of the operator supported at that time by the owner, the doubling was not activated. After some time the operator has changed but the modus operandi is always the same and the incompetence still exists in this shop. I requested accreditation as expected, pointing out that it is their forgetfulness but to date I have not received anything yet. The shop operator claims to have made the report to TIM but customer service 119 has personally reported to me that the report is incomplete due to a lack of specific documentation and therefore everything is in stand-by. Incompetence again! I don't even know what to send. I asked for clarification in the shop and the answer was "when I have some time I will report again", I would say an exemplary service that they give to the customer! Let's not forget that this is their mistake! In addition, on the occasions that led me to enter this shop, I have always noticed a slowness in proceeding with the activation of offers. Some people had to wait an hour and maybe even more to subscribe to an offer and they always justified themselves by saying that the terminals were clogged because at that moment there was an excessive request from other users in Italy. How to believe in kindergarten that flies! Maybe they miss the internet connection, they will have run out of my gigs !!! A piece of advice to all the people in the area who need Tim assistance is to go to the Forte dei Marmi shop, or to the Massa shop located at the MareMonti Center, to be clear where the Carrefour is. In both situations you will find professionalism and competence. Don't waste time going to Querceta!
