★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato una PS3 Slim per un problema di freezing video, hanno fatto il reballing (dopo un mese, mi dicono che non ha funzionato)
Tornata a casa e aperta, alla console mancavano delle viti e un piedino, oltre ad aver piegato un cavo e forato un banco vite; l'hanno tenuta un'altra settimana per rimettere le viti (e ne manca ancora una).
Di nuovo a casa, per la seconda volta, aprendola più a fondo, fino alla scheda madre, mi sono resa conto che non avevano neanche cambiato la pasta termica, (cosa fondamentale per un operazione come il reballing) avevano semplicemente pulito i banchi della CPU e GPU, togliendone anche un po' mentre il connettore della ventola è mezzo staccato dalla scheda madre e, ciliegina sulla torta, ora non si accende neanche.
In sostanza non sono per niente professionali, sono gentili quanto volete quando vi parlano, ma li dovevo sempre chiamare io (non rispondevano poi così tanto spesso), anche per andarla a riprendere, mi dovevo informare da sola.
Anche se una consol non è tornata in funzione, non si deve trattare come una pezza, solo perché si crede che il proprietario non la apra, fosse stato possibile gli avrei messo zero stelle.

Back home and open, the console was missing screws and a foot, as well as bending a cable and drilling a screw bank; they kept it another week to put the screws back (and one is still missing).
Back home, for the second time, opening it deeper, up to the motherboard, I realized that they hadn't even changed the thermal paste, (which is essential for an operation like reballing) they had simply cleaned the CPU banks and GPU, even removing some of it while the fan connector is half detached from the motherboard and, icing on the cake, now it won't even turn on.
Basically they are not professional at all, they are as kind as you want when they talk to you, but I always had to call them (they didn't answer that often), even to go and pick her up, I had to inform myself.
Even if a consol is not back in operation, it should not be treated like a patch, just because it is believed that the owner does not open it, if it was possible I would have put zero stars on it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato in riparazione una ps4 che non si accendeva più. Dopo qualche giorno mi hanno contattato per il preventivo. Ottimo lavoro, la spesa non è stata eccessiva e nel complesso mi ritengo molto soddisfatto del servizio.
I took a ps4 that was no longer turning on for repair. After a few days they contacted me for a quote. Excellent work, the expense was not excessive and overall I am very satisfied with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato a riparare una console, dopo 1 settimana se non gli scrivevo io non mi avevano mandato nemmeno il preventivo,appena scritto mi hanno risposto con il prezzo e se volevo accettare.
Dopo altri 10 giorni non sapendo niente ho scritto di nuovo e mi hanno risposto che era in test senza sapermi dare una data approssimativa, sono passato dal negozio trascorsi altri giorni e la ragazza al Front non sapendo niente è andata dietro al negozio e tornando mi ha risposto: è un test ti facciamo sapere, ho provato a chiedere una data o qualcosa di di più e la risposta è stata anche scocciata...lui ha detto che è in test viol dire che non lo sa quando è pronta.
Va bene che non è questione di vita e di morte ma cmq spendo dei bei soldini e non pochi e quindi almeno un minimo di attenzione e relazione col cliente me la sarei aspettata, è sembrato che loro stessero facendo un favore a me e che gli stessi disturbando...spero che questo trattamento sia stato solo riservato a me e che sia frutto della situazione generale...
I took a console to be repaired, after 1 week if I didn't write to them they didn't even send me the quote, as soon as I wrote they replied with the price and if I wanted to accept.
After another 10 days, not knowing anything, I wrote again and they replied that it was in tests without knowing how to give me an approximate date, I passed the shop after another day and the girl at the Front, not knowing anything, went behind the shop and came back to me. answered: it's a test we let you know, I tried to ask for a date or something more and the answer was also annoyed ... he said he is in test viol to say he doesn't know when it's ready.
Okay, it's not a question of life and death but anyway I spend some good money and not a few and therefore at least a minimum of attention and relationship with the customer I would have expected it, it seemed that they were doing me a favor and that the same disturbing ... I hope that this treatment was only reserved for me and that it is the result of the general situation ...

Ultimamente ho acquistato ad ottimo prezzo un iPhone 5s perfettamente ricondizionato e, proprio il mese scorso, mi hanno anche rimesso a nuovo il Mac mini che aveva cominciato a dare problemi.
I have been using this shop - laboratory in Viareggio for many years and I have always found myself very well. I recently bought a perfectly refurbished iPhone 5s at a great price and, just last month, they also refurbished my Mac mini that had started to give problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato ben due MacBook Pro a riparare da Fabio.
Uno con la logic board bruciata e l’altro con la scheda video andata.
Praticamente li ha resuscitati entrambi facendo un lavoro impeccabile.
Dato poi che li avevo presi usati ed avevano alcuni tasti non in lingua italiana, me li ha sostituiti.
Una volta ripuliti i due Mac sembravano nuovi.
Veramente un servizio eccellente e fatto con passione oltre che con correttezza.
Fidatevi di Fabio.

I took two MacBook Pros to Fabio to repair.
One with the logic board burned out and the other with the video card gone.
He basically resurrected them both by doing a flawless job.
Since I had taken them used and they had some keys not in Italian, he replaced them for me.
Once cleaned up, the two Macs looked new.
Truly an excellent service and done with passion as well as with fairness.

Il computer è uscito dalla riparazione come nuovo e l'attesa ha rispettato i tempi stabiliti;in più Fabio,il titolare,è riuscito pazientemente a salvare tutti i file presenti nell'hard disc che purtroppo si era danneggiato.

I took my 2011 Mac to repair for a video card problem.
The computer came out of the repair as new and the wait respected the established times; in addition, Fabio, the owner, patiently managed to save all the files on the hard disk which unfortunately had been damaged.

Ho portato il mio tablet da loro e nel giro di pochi giorni mi hanno saputo diagnosticare il problema con precisione e mi hanno risolto il problema con un prezzo congruo. I also like do-it-yourself but sometimes professionalism and competence are a must. I brought my tablet to them and within a few days they were able to diagnose the problem with precision and they solved the problem for me at a reasonable price. I liked the professionalism and precision of the intervention and especially in the very fast timing. Communication is also excellent. Highly recommended.
