I ordered front and rear brake discs and they asked me to do precise measurements, which made me realize that actually the rear disc was not the correct size. They made a refund for the rear disc in less than a day and shipped the front disc immediately. It arrived in perfect condition. 10/10 for attitude, way of communication and speed of reply

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was hoping that this company would be a excellent one that i could use in the future.... the ratings was good and customer service seemed good. Anyhow customer service replied only once and shipping is taking an awful lot of time. Since shopping it has taken over two weeks now from Italy to Finland. I order much stuff from different countries, mostly from the US and it takes two weeks at most from the US even though it has to go through customs declaration. I have still not gotten my item and can therefore not recommend this company. Oh! As a side note, i know that it's Corona times and shipments might take longer, but even taking everything into consideration it's still faster from the United states.
