Che dire preziosi e indispensabili!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le moto Yamaha sono bellissime, rapporto qualità-prezzo imbattibile. Le due stelle sono per il servizio che purtroppo ho dovuto riscontrare nella gestione del servizio manutenzione. Ho subito un sinistro, ho chiesto un preventivo alla concessionaria per l'assicurazione. L'assicurazione mi ha liquidato sulla base di quel preventivo. Motorgame però aveva: 1) dimenticato di ordinare i pezzi di ricambio, che sono arrivati con estremo ritardo, 2) ordinato un pezzo in meno, costo 80€, arrivato ancora dopo e 3) omesso la manodopera nel preventivo. Finale: dopo 6 mesi ho pagato quasi il doppio di quanto liquidato. Per fortuna nel frattempo è arrivato un nuovo impiegato, molto più preciso e professionale dei precedenti.
Yamaha motorcycles are beautiful, unbeatable value for money. The two stars are for the service which unfortunately I had to find in the management of the maintenance service. I suffered a claim, I asked the dealership for an insurance quote. The insurance liquidated me on the basis of that quote. Motorgame, however, had: 1) forgotten to order spare parts, which arrived very late, 2) ordered one piece less, cost € 80, arrived still later and 3) labor omitted in the estimate. Final: after 6 months I paid almost double the amount paid. Fortunately, in the meantime, a new employee has arrived, much more precise and professional than the previous ones.

Relazioni con pubblico e assistenza post post vendita negativa , scivolano sulle bucce di banana come se si parlasse di Brand molto meno blasonati. Chiamato Furbetto davanti a tutti e invitato ad andarmene, dicendomi che il proprietario non aveva biosgno di clienti come me . dopo aver comprato li 3 mezzi, per una discussione su una batteria da cambiare . Beh dopo 10 minuti ero alla Honda motomania entro lunedì darò via la mia bellissima tracer perché questa cosa mi ha colpito molto negativamente.
