Non hanno a cuore solo la vendita come molti negozi ma anche la cura del cliente. Lo consiglio vivamente.
Excellent experience, in both cases where I had problems I always solved. I spoke to two different people and I found myself well given the competence and kindness shown. They do not only care about selling like many stores but also customer care. I highly recommend it.

Oltre ai consigli, alle spiegazioni, e alla puntuale assistenza, cercano sempre di andare incontro ai clienti: ad esempio mi hanno anche prestato un modem per verificare che prima di attivare l'abbonamento avessi effettivamente segnale. Questo mi ha permesso di verificare la linea e la qualità di quetsa prima di sottoscrivere abbonamenti o spendere soldi per niente.... Veramente un servizio ottimo.
Kind and competent. It's been a while since I used this store at 3, and although I'm not the closest to my home, I keep coming back to them. In addition to advice, explanations, and punctual assistance, they always try to meet customers: for example, they also lent me a modem to verify that I actually had a signal before activating the subscription. This allowed me to check the line and quality of this one before subscribing to subscriptions or spending money for nothing .... Truly a great service.
