f	fa se on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A dispetto degli anni di esperienza che tanto decantano, non sono in grado di fare consulenza al cliente, ovvero non fanno una valutazione complessiva e bilanciata degli aspetti che incidono sulla scelta del materasso, quali età, struttura fisica, peso corporeo, posizione durante il sonno ed eventuali problematiche legate alla schiena (solo per citarne alcuni). Cercano tra vari giri di parole di propinarti l'idea che il loro prodotto di punta è il migliore e va bene per tutti i clienti. Cosa ampiamente smentita dai professionisti del settore, in quanto non esiste un tipo di materasso che va bene in assoluto per tutti. In sostanza, per loro le esigenze del cliente non contano nulla (della serie: che ne sa il cliente, ci deve solo dormire sul materasso ...) !
