Abbiamo trovato ascolto alla nostra richiesta di aiuto per la Lilly, la cagnolina di mia madre, e si sono fatti in quattro per affrontare immediatamente la situazione piuttosto grave. Hanno spostato alcuni appuntamenti per poter operare la cagnolina d'urgenza (4 ore di intervento per rimuovere un tumore di 12 cm x 10 circa, una sfera impressionante che si era attaccata alla milza (rimossa assieme alla massa), al pancreas e a non so cos'altro. Senza il loro tempestivo intervento la bestiola sarebbe sicuramente morta. Dopo un giorno e una notte di ricovero e 3 giorni di day hospital, la Lilly sta riprendendo lo smalto di sempre, mangia nuovamente con fame ed è tornata vispa. Ci vorrà ancora una settimana e poi farà una terapia in casa per 6 mesi, però già da mercoledì è davvero rinata. Grazie infinite a tutto lo staff, che si è perfino affezionato alla nostra Lilly, sono davvero tutti degli angeli. Se il vostro animaletto non sta bene, non esitate: recatevi a questo ambulatorio senza pensarci due volte, sono semplicemente fantastici! Ci troviamo benissimo e ogni qual volta sorga un problema che sia lieve o più complicato con i nostri cani, lei lo risolve. È stata veramente molto comprensiva e disponibile ad aiutare, consolare, ascoltare e consigliare mia madre e la mia famiglia, quando hanno dovuto affrontare un bruttissimo periodo con il loro cane e questo episodio non ha fatto altro che confermare i nostri "giudizi" che già prima erano positivi! Ci ha dato modo di fidarci ciecamente. Una nota positiva anche per gli altri membri dell'ambulatorio che sono sempre molto disponibili e gentili. I believe they also offer dental cleaning too. Bonus for me, since I speak almost no Italian, is that the 2 veterinarians and the vet tech all spoke very good English. So communicating was easy.
